Top 5 Car Launching In India In This Festive Season (2021) - Tata, Maruti, MG & More!

 October is the official festive season in India, with the upcoming days of Navaratri, Dassehra, and Diwali, the festive season of 2021 is about to start. It is that high time of the year when big automakers start the race with a lot of new launches in the Indian Market. Here's a list of 5 Cars launching in October 2021! 

1. Tata Punch


Tata Motors is a big name in our Indian automobile industry. Tata unveiled the Punch a few days ago, based on the same platform as the Altroz, the Punch is an offering in the micro SUV segment.  It will compete against the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Ignis and the Mahindra KUV100. It will also compete with the upcoming Hyundai Casper. The Punch is expected in the market at October 2021 and prices will start at around Rs.4-5 Lakhs.

2. Maruti Suzuki Celerio 2021


Maruti Suzuki is another big player in Indian automobile industry. Maruti has given the Celerio a much-needed facelift for the 2021 model year. The new Celerio will get a revised design, somewhat inspired by the outgoing Swift. The engine will however most likely be the same as before. The car has been seen testing on the Indian roads several times in recent months and is likely to hit markets this festive season. It will also come with a 1.2-liter petrol engine, alongside a CNG option as well. It is expected to be priced between Rs.4-6 Lakhs. It will compete against the Hyundai Santro and the Tata Tiago.

3. MG Astor


The MG Astor from the house of the British brand MG Motor is almost on the verge of going on sale in the country.  The Astor also gets an upgrade on the interiors as compared to the ZS. What’s unique about this car is that it gets Level II Autonomous Driving, and it also gets a personal AI assistant! Both these features are a segment first. The MG Astor is expected to have a starting price of Rs.10-11 Lakhs, which will put it right up against the Kia Seltos and the Hyundai Creta.

4. Mahindra XUV 700


Mahindra cars are hugely popular particularly in the semi-urban and rural markets in India. This is probably the most awaited car launching in October 2021. The Mahindra XUV700 was showcased on 14th August and is expected to launch on 2nd October 2021. The XUV700 has shaken the segment with features like Autonomous Driving, Auto Emergency Braking, etc.  A 200 HP, 380nm producing engine, with the massive size of the XUV700 will be a killer deal at Rs.11.99 Lakhs.

5. Toyota Belta


Toyota cars are known to have the utmost build quality on which one can rely. The car which is expected to be a rebatched version of the Maruti Ciaz, the Toyota Belta is being rumored as a direct replacement to the slow-selling Yaris sedan in India. Even though there is no official confirmation, the car is said to be launched during the last months of the year.
